The Age is Right
Classic game show host Bob Barker of "The Price is Right" is receiving surgery to remove dangerous skin cancer. He should be fine but he says that it is no surprise of living in sunbathed areas for the majority of his life. Being the age he is and the amount of sun that he has recieved in those years Barker says, "it does not surprise me too much." In fact, at the ripe old age of 81, Barker joins the statistics of octagenarians who become victims of the sun. In this age group, a reported 43% develope some type of skin leasions or cancer. Although not fatal or harmful if caught in time, studies show that there is a scray rate of seniors who leave these symptoms uncared for. Physicians urge that the skin should be checked regularly, especially on the elderly who have absorbed years of harmful ultra violet rays. Physicians urge using protective sun block especially in today's age in which global warming is getting worse and worse.

Kevin, where's the funny line at the end of your post? I was disappointed not to read something like:
"You know, Bob Barker reminds us to have our pets spayed or neutered. I'll be racing your Fido to the front the of the line."
