Cigarette Smoking, Migrane Sufferers Beware

Do you fit the aforementioned despcription? Do you also experience "auras," i.e. temporary visual disturbances, with your migranes? If you do, you are at two times the risk of developing heart disease than someone who does not fit this description. This often includes a cigarette habit, family history of stroke/heart attack, and/or high cholesterol/blood pressure. In an effort to reduce heart disease, let's kick the habit and work on the factors that are in our control such as cholesterol and blood pressure. Yes, put down that Big Mac and your Camel Lights.
