Mario, you can get up to 60 points in each third of the semester. There's no limit to the number of posts or comments you can make, just a limit on the number of points you can earn. see the section on the course blog on the syllabus http://www.geocities.com/johntop1968/syllabus.htm#blog

Is your company more like a typical Dow Company or NASDAQ company? Since Ford is a big manufacturing company, the answer in this case is pretty clear. It won't always be, however.
